Black Dhori Australia appreciates your support. THANK YOU!. We understand that in some situations you may change your mind. We also understand that you may be able to identify manufacturing defects or damage. Please see the refund policy below:
Eligibility
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item we unfortunately can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards are non-returnable
Shipping
To return your product, you will be provided with the shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service as we can not guarantee refund if we do not receive the item. Shipping costs incurred when you purchased the goods are non-refundable. Therefore, if you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Process of Return
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your item and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
